After seeing your resume, some people have the power rubber stamp or stop bringing you on board. Since they have never met you, they will be careful. Employers do not want to make mistakes when deciding on new workers. The interviewer might think you are right for the job and want to bring you on board. But they might still have to convince their boss. An effective resume is the best sales tool they could have in their possession.
